ILSTA, the President, Mr Richard Philippart, Director, Mr John Connolly, were awarded the medal of the Office of the Supreme People’s Prosecutor by H.E. Mr Khamsane Souvong, Prosecutor General of Lao PDR. The testimonial by the Prosecutor General highlighted the successful achievements in human resource development, English language training, technical support and policy dialogue implemented by ILSTA with support from the governments of Luxembourg and Canada.
Mr Richard Philippart, President of ILSTA, thanked the Prosecutor General and assured him of ILSTA’s continued commitment to supporting OSPP nationally and in the region over the coming years. The ceremony provided an opportunity to review achievements and assess upcoming needs nationally and internationally.
