The President of ILSTA, Mr Richard Philippart was awarded a certificate of excellence from the Ministry of Education and Sports, and the National University of Laos by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Oudom Phonekhampheng, Vice President of the National University of Laos. The certificate highlights the achievement and ILSTA’s support in strengthening technical capacity of inspectors at “ Workshop on Anti-Corruption for Lao Inspectors of the National University of Laos”.
