ເນື່ອງໃນໂອກາດວັນກຳມະກອນສາກົນທີ່ຜ່ານມານີ້, ສະຖາບັນ ILSTA ໄດ້ຈັດບົດບັນຍາຍເປີດກວ້າງທາງອອນລາຍໃນຫົວຂໍ້ “ກົດໝາຍແຮງງານ”
ການບັນຍາຍດັ່ງກ່າວໄດ້ຈັດຂຶ້ນໃນວັນທີ 4 ພຶດສະພາ ຜ່ານທາງ Zoom, ໂດຍມີຜູ້ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມທັງໝົດເກືອບ 90 ຄົນ ເຊິ່ງແມ່ນ ນັກສຶກສາ, ຄູ-ອາຈານ ແລະ ຜູ້ປະຕິບັດກົດໝາຍ ຈາກຄະນະນິຕິສາດ ແລະ ລັດຖະສາດ, ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລແຫ່ງຊາດ ແລະ ສະຖາບັນຍຸຕິທຳແຫ່ງຊາດ ຈາກນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ, ສະຫວັນນະເຂດ ແລະ ຫຼວງພະບາງ. ການບັນຍາຍທາງອອນລາຍໃນຄັ້ງນີ້ ດຳເນີນໂດຍ ເຈົ້າຫນ້າທີ່ໂຄງການຂອງ ສະຖາບັນຂອງພວກເຮົາ, ທ່ານ ນາງ ອາລີນາ ທີມຸດ ເຊິ່ງໄດ້ເນັ້ນໜັກໃສ່ຂອບກົດໝາຍສາກົນ ແລະ ກົດໝາຍແຮງງານໃນ ສປປ ລາວ.

On the occasion of the International Labour’s Day, ILSTA organised an online open lecture on Labour Law!

The open lecture was held on the 4th of May via Zoom with nearly 90 participants, students, teachers and legal practitioners from the Faculty of Law and Political Science, National University of Laos and the National Institute of Justice from Vientiane, Savannakhet and Luang Prabang. The online lecture was delivered by ILSTA’s Programme Officer, Ms. Alina Timus with a focus on the international legal framework and the Lao Labour Law. 

After the lecture, questions and concerns about the law were exchanged and discussed actively.
