Government representatives from 4 northern provinces discussed amendments to the State Audit Law in a workshop chaired by the Lao State Audit Organisation and ILSTA in Oudomxay Province on August 17-19, 2022.
ILSTA expert, Mr Daniel Schweitzer, presented on International Standards in Auditing which was followed by a lively Q&A session. Participants debated amendments on the draft law. The event was chaired by President of the State Audit Organisation, Mr. Viengthavisone Thephachan, and Mr. Richard Philippart, President and Director General of ILSTA.
