On 19 January an Open Lecture was given on Legal Ethics. The lecture was given by the Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science Mr. Viengvilay Thiengchanhxay, Mr. Khamphanh Bounphakhom, Judge at the Civil Law Chambers at the Supreme Court, and Mr. Khampha Vangdouangnapha, Inspector at the National University of Laos. The presenters connected legal ethics to culture, religion, legal philosophy, and to different legal professions that uphold their own codes of conduct.
