On Wednesday, 29 September 2021, the virtual Special Lecture on “Opportunities and Challenges of Lao PDR on the Vice-Chairmanship of the 76th UN General Assembly Session in 2021-2022” delivered by H.E. Anouparb Vongnorkeo, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Lao PDR to the United Nations was successfully conducted by the Lao Students’ Council in Canada (LSCC) and IR Students’ Group.
This seminar aims to increase awareness among the students and enhance their deeper understanding on the Lao PDR’s role and contributions in the global arena, particularly in fulfilling its international commitments as a responsible member of the United Nations as well as in the pursuit its consistent foreign policy including on emerging challenges facing the world today.
