On 11 February Mr. Rupert Haw, managing director of DFDL which is Laos’ oldest and biggest foreign law firm (http://www.dfdl.com), gave a presentation on Corporate Law. Mr. Haw presented on why corporations are established, different kinds of corporations, and how they are regulated under Lao Enterprise Law. He further discussed the role and responsibilities of corporate lawyers.
