An online open-lecture on “International Refugee Law” was hosted on Zoom yesterday by Ms Thipphaphone Siphandon, ILSTA Programme Officer. More than 120 participants attended the lecture. ILSTA is delighted to receive positive feedback from all participants, including students and teachers from the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the National University of Laos.
The lecturer provided an overview of international refugee law and allowed participants to discuss refugee rights through lively group work on a case study and Q&A session.
ILSTA would like to thank all participants who contributed to our online lecture. We will continue to promote online learning and inclusivity in legal education in Laos.
