More than 100 students and professors from the Faculty of Law and Political Science, National University of Laos participated in an open-lecture on smuggling of migrants, given by Ms Alina Timus, Legal Expert from ILSTA. The lecture covered substantial information about the elements of the criminal offense of migrant smuggling. It was followed by an interactive Q&A session which led to a lively discussion among the attendees and lecturer.
