The Institute for Legal Support and Technical Assistance (ILSTA) was honoured on Friday 10th March with a Certificate of Excellence from the Office of the Supreme People’s Prosecutor (OSPP) in Laos. Mr Xaysana Khodphouthone, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Lao PDR, presented the award to Mr Richard Philippart, President of ILSTA, in recognition of the support provided by ILSTA as the leading agency in the legal sector in Laos. The presentation took place at a ceremony to mark the official handover of new English Language training facilities at OSPP supported by ILSTA, which will be the focal point for training Lao law professionals across the legal sector.
