Earlier this week, Mr John Connolly, Director of ILSTA, gave an open lecture on organised crime at the Faculty of Law and Political Science, National University of Laos. The lecture covered an overview of organised crime. More than 70 students who attended the lecture also received technical booklets on legal topics from ILSTA. The students expressed a high interest in the topics through an interactive discussion and during the Q&A session.
